We sell both digital products (music downloads, stems, sample packs, and commercial licenses) and physical products (CDs, vinyl, apparel, and merchandise). Because these product types are fundamentally different, they are subject to different refund rules.

2. Digital products and licenses

2.1 Digital music, stems, and sample packs

All sales of digital content are final.

  • Non‑refundable:  
  • Once a digital file has been purchased and access has been granted, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Exceptions (case‑by‑case):
    • Proven duplicate purchases of the same item within a short time frame
    • Technical issues on our side that prevent access or download, after reasonable troubleshooting

If you experience a technical problem, contact us at support@tyloydbeats.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2.2 Commercial licenses

Commercial licenses grant immediate usage rights and are therefore non‑refundable.

  • No refunds for:
    • Change of mind after purchase
    • Project cancellation
    • Client or third‑party changes on your side
  • We may correct or reissue license documents if there is an error in the license details.

If you believe a license was issued incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can review your case.

3. Physical products

3.1 Eligibility for returns

We accept returns for eligible physical products under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags and inserts.
  • The item is not marked as final sale or clearance.

Eligible items include:

  • CDs, vinyl, and other physical music formats (unopened and in original shrink wrap)
  • Clothing and apparel (unworn, unwashed, with original tags)
  • Accessories and merchandise in original condition

3.2 Non‑returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened CDs, vinyl, or other sealed media, unless defective or damaged on arrival
  • Worn, washed, or altered clothing
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or digital download cards

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@@tyloydbeats.com.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If we confirm the issue, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a refund if a replacement is not available

We may request that you return the defective or incorrect item before a replacement or refund is issued.

5. Return process

5.1 How to request a return

To request a return for an eligible physical product:

  • Email support@tyloydbeats.com with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • The return shipping address

5.2 Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label where available.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or similar reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

6. Refunds

6.1 Method and timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or denied.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are non‑refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.

6.2 Partial refunds

We may issue partial refunds in situations including:

  • Items returned with obvious signs of use
  • Missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested outside the stated return window but accepted as a courtesy

7. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Clothing and apparel (different size or color, subject to availability)
  • Defective or damaged physical items

If the requested replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative item or a refund instead. To request an exchange, contact support@tyloydbeats.com with your order details and the item you would like to receive.

8. Lost or stolen packages

8.1 Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period:

  • Domestic orders: contact us if there is no update for 10 business days.
  • International orders: contact us if there is no update for 20 business days.

We will investigate with the carrier and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

8.2 Marked as delivered but not received

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.
  • Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages early.
  • If still not found, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery but may, at our discretion, offer a discounted replacement.

9. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase:

  • We reserve the right to revoke access to digital products and licenses associated with the disputed transaction.
